Cloudlist is an ADHD-focused task management app. If you have questions about this policy, email us at cloudlistsupport@gmail.com.
When you sign up, we collect your email address and display name. If you use Sign In with Apple, Apple may provide us with a private relay email address. If you use Sign In with Google, we receive your Google account email. We use this to identify your account and let you sign in across devices.
Everything you add to Cloudlist — tasks, brain dumps, micro-steps, daily check-ins, focus profiles, and streaks — is stored on our servers so you can access it across devices and sessions. This data belongs to you.
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat receives your purchase history and subscription status linked to an anonymous app user ID. Your payment details are handled entirely by Apple and are never shared with us. You can read RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
When you use Break It Down, Brain Dump, or Daily Reflection features, the content of your tasks or notes is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for processing. This data is used only to generate your response and is not stored or used to train AI models. You can read Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
Your notification preferences are stored on your device and synced to your account so they follow you across your devices.
We do not collect advertising IDs or location data. The only device identifier we use is the randomly generated one described under Usage Analytics, which is not tied to your real-world identity.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Supabase's privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy.
To understand how Cloudlist is used and to improve it, we collect basic, first-party usage data: which screens are viewed (for example, during onboarding), subscription events (such as starting a free trial), how you heard about Cloudlist, and a randomly generated device identifier. This data never includes the content of your tasks or brain dumps, your name, or any other personal content. It is stored on our own backend (Supabase), alongside the app data described above. We do not use any third-party product or advertising analytics services, and we never sell or share this data.
When the app crashes or encounters an error, we use Sentry, a third-party error-reporting service, to collect a technical report so we can find and fix the problem. These reports contain technical information — such as your device model, iOS version, and what the app was doing when the error occurred — and are not used for advertising or profiling. Sentry's own privacy policy is available at sentry.io/privacy.
We share data only with the services needed to run Cloudlist:
No advertising networks. No ad tracking. We don't sell your data or use it to build advertising profiles.
Cloudlist is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of Cloudlist after changes means you accept the updated policy.
